The standard rental age is from 23 to 65 years old. All drivers must have at least three years of driving experience and hold a valid driver’s license.

The driver’s license must clearly show the original issue date confirming the full driving experience.

Drivers outside the standard age range may rent a vehicle upon purchasing additional insurance coverage.

Cancellation and Change Terms for Car Booking:

To make a reservation you need to send 10% from the full amount.

Full refund in the event of cancellation 60 days before departure. all banks fees covered by clients

Reduction of Rental Period:

If the tourist reduces the rental period, payment is non-refundable.

Why part of the amount is retained:
This is due to the fact that changing the rental period disrupts the sequence of planned bookings, as cars are typically rented for the full term, and short-term rentals during freed-up periods are often not possible.

How to cancel or make changes:

All requests for cancellation or modification of the booking are accepted in writing (via e-mail).
Processing the request takes up to 3 business days.

The deposit for the car is 500 euros, payable at the time of booking. Except for the Toyota Sequoia 2023 Limited, for which the deposit is 1000 euros.

The deposit is fully refunded to you if the car is returned in the same condition as it was taken, without damage.

For rentals exceeding 20 days, a 10% discount is offered on vehicles and equipment

Travel to Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan is permitted at €10 per day.
Compulsory insurance for Kazakhstan (valid for 14 days): €50.
Travel to Tajikistan is possible; details will be discussed individually.
